WE'VE MISSED SEEING YOU ALL AT THE BARN.

Thank you for all your support during the lockdown.

With the planned lifting of the ACT restrictions on Friday the 15th October 2021, we at the Auction barn have been working towards re-opening to you all.

All our Auctions will continue to be held online.

In-house Viewing

We hope to commence viewing in-house from the 29th of October.

Please note the lift of restrictions on the 15th allows for an auction house to have up to 25 people in house including our team therefor we will remain closed to the public.

Collections

We are bursting at the seams with purchased goods.

If you have purchased items and those items are awaiting collection. We ask that you arrange for a collection.

Please note that all collections are appointment only.  Please do not arrive without an appointment.

If you are outside of the ACT and unable to come into the ACT to collect your items, we would appreciate it if you could please arrange a courier for collection.

If you are unable to make arrangements, please kindly refrain from bidding on larger items until more movement between states is possible.

Vendor Drop off

Our postal requests have doubled.  Our small team is endeavouring to get quotes back to you as soon as possible.

ACT Lockdown - Updated August 27th

The Auction Barn will be trading online only.

The latest ACT government announcement has stated, we can now operate click & collect.

Collections -  Contactless Click & collect will be available from Monday 30th. We will be operating out of two bays. Click here To arrange your collection time. 

Please protect our community by not coming to collect without a booking.

Deliveries - We are currently in the process of finalising our Canberra only delivery service. This service will be available on Monday 30th for orders that can not be posted (Canberra only)

For outstanding postage orders, please bear with us, your postage orders will be finalised & shipped soon.

Sellers - Please note that during this time, we still will not receive stock at our warehouse. We will keep you updated over the coming weeks as we learn more.

ACT Lockdown - Updated August 20th-

The Auction Barn will be trading online only from the 13th of August as per ACT Government announcement.

We will keep you updated on when we will be opening our doors for the collection of purchased items.

Payments - Online Payments Only (Bank transfers or payments through our online payments gateway)

Collections - No in-person collections. Postage only for orders below 10kg. Storage will be free of charge once paid until we re-open September 2nd. 

For outstanding postage orders, please bear with us, your postage orders will be finalised & shipped soon.

Sellers, please note that during this time, we will not receive stock at our warehouse. We will keep you updated over the coming weeks as we learn more.
